Caitlin's favorite activity is the swing.

Caitlin loves to put on Mommy's shoes.

Caitlin is able to go down two steps by herself while holding onto the railing.  She is not ready to go down a full flight of steps yet.  She is a pro at going upstairs by herself...she's been doing it since she's been 10 months old!   

Caitlin likes to dance with her Minnie Mouse card.

I'm 2 years old!

Caitlin's 2nd birthday was actually on Saturday but she had to wait until today to celebrate with Mommy, Yaya, and Papa.

The day began with opening birthday presents.

Caitlin made numerous phone calls with her new Doc McStuffins phone.

Caitlin gave everyone (toys and people) a checkup with her new Doc McStuffins stethoscope.

Caitlin is too young to enjoy a party so the day was spent going to her favorite places and letting her do her favorite things.  

First stop...the park.

Caitlin drove the truck (or bus).

Caitlin went for a hike to search for "baby teddy bears" in the woods.

She found a baby teddy bear!

The baby teddy bear got a ride on the froggy.

Second stop...Price Chopper.

Caitlin drove the blue car and got a balloon at Price Chopper.  She takes driving very seriously.

Caitlin spent the afternoon in her pool.

Caitlin said, "I swimming like a fish."

Caitlin was unsure of her birthday cupcake...but she liked eating it!

Caitlin ended the night by playing with her new toy car.

Caitlin has come a long way within the past year.  She can now say the alphabet, give you a word for each letter of the alphabet, spell her first name, count to 20 (skipping over 16), state her age, state her birthday, state what street she lives on, and recite/sing many songs/nursery rhymes.

Caitlin loves to sniff flowers.  She knows that is the only thing she is allowed to sniff.  She will tell you, "Doggies sniff."

Caitlin has learned to climb up on chairs.
